Job Description

  • Quarterly/Monthly and Daily check the training schedule on;
  • Leadership
  • Communication
  • Motivation
  • ISO standards 9001, 14001, 18001, 17025 and other potential standards
  • Database management of clients and training conducted
  • Keep up-to-date with information about training and events,
  • Making sure that the training & event ativities  are conducted on time while maintaining quality standards.
  • Followup post training & event feedback
  • Support the management with business development by providing relevant data
  • Handle customer enquires through emails and phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle basic business accounting such as petty cash, updating income-expense logbook.
