Quarterly/Monthly and Daily check the training schedule on;

Leadership

Communication

Motivation
-
ISO standards 9001, 14001, 18001, 17025 and other potential standards

Database management of clients and training conducted
-
Keep up-to-date with information about training and events,
-
Making sure that the training & event ativities are conducted on time while maintaining quality standards.

Followup post training & event feedback
-
Support the management with business development by providing relevant data
-
Handle customer enquires through emails and phones and provide excellent customer service
-
Handle basic business accounting such as petty cash, updating income-expense logbook.
