Duties and Responsibilities Intern to Jr. Consultant

Explore the consulting activities & Fix an appointment for Project Coordinator.

Daily email and follow up to new potential client

Quarterly/Monthly and Daily check the schedule of auditor (internal and external)

Prepare travel pan and approve from top management and communicate to auditors and consultant.

Assist to preparation of documentation for ISO standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 18001, ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP

Assist to fixing an appointment for consulting progress to Top management for counseling & implement ISO standards and report regularly daily to CEO.

Assist to preparation of report of gap analysis and documentation related to assign consultancy unit and certification unit.

Assist in implementation and make eligible for certification of an effective management system across a broad range of business areas and standards, including ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP other standards.

Prepare business proposal and keep the record up-to-date & report to top-management.

Conduct Meeting on progress report fortnightly about consultancy & certification and document on the Progress Review Meeting in presence with Project Coordinator.

Daily reporting regarding progress about consultancy to Project Coordinator

Other job need to perform as per the priority assign by CEO.
Duration : 3 months and 4 days training for execution of job and methodology
Contract period : 3 Years (Warning don’t apply those who are applying abroad)
Salary: negotiable after 3 month performance
Attraction: International training course shall be provided to called Lead Auditor Course for ISO 9001 and add advantage to their dedication after 2 years.
Language: Fluent in English and Nepali
Condition: Value added for driving license
Enthusiasm: Any time Field visit in area of Nepal (basically city area)
Gender: Male/Female
Monitory value: NRs. 100 for 26 days in a month
