Duties and Responsibilities Intern to Training Coordinator

Prepare database of clients

Daily email and follow up to new potential client and old client

Quarterly/Monthly and Daily check the training schedule on;

ISO standards 9001, 14001, 18001, 17025 and other potential standards

Prepare travel pan and approve from top management and communicate to tutor.

Preparation of handout, circulation, schedule, report and necessary documents related to training
-
Assist to fixing an appointment for top management in top most client in need basis

The counseling & implement decided model from the top management.

Assist to preparation of report of gap analysis and documentation related to assign consultancy unit and certification unit.

Prepare business proposal and keep the record up-to-date & report to top-management.

Conduct Meeting on progress report fortnightly about training & certification and document on the Progress Review Meeting in presence with Project Coordinator of Soft-Tech Pvt. Ltd., New Baneshwor

Daily reporting regarding progress about training to Chairman

Other job need to perform as per the priority assign by Chairman
Duration : 3 months and 4 days training for execution of job and methodology
Contract period : 3 Years (Warning don’t apply those who are applying abroad)
Salary: negotiable after 3 month performance
Attraction: International training course shall be provided to called Lead Auditor Course for ISO 9001 and add advantage to their dedication after 2 years.
Language: Fluent in English and Nepali
Condition: Value added for driving license
Enthusiasm: Any time Field visit in area of Nepal (basically city area)
Gender: Male/Female (female have given priority)
Monitory value: NRs. 100 for 26 days in a month
