Maintain sustainable relationships with colleges and academies for Recruitment & Selection process.
Coordinate recruitment assessments for various positions.
Assist in developing job descriptions, preparing vacancy advertisements and various recruitment systems.
Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Continuous visit and follow up with existing/ prospective clients for business opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market by planning and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy.
Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
Identify current and future training needs by following appropriate TNA approach/s.
Make annual training plan and budget
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Evaluate training effectiveness
Talent management and succession planning
Job Specification
Master's degree in Human resources or similar relevant field.
Previous working experience in HR department preferably as a Talent Acquisition for 3 years.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective relationships with concerned stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process.
Effective presentation style.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
