Maintaining employee personal records e.g recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job.
Generating official letters and updating templates.
Update and maintain the HR dashboard sheet.
Oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee exit process.
Liaise with our clients, customers and/or relevant third party agencies via phone, email .
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
Prepare Recruitment status report .
HRIS Software knowledge will be an added advantage.
