Job Description

Job Description:

  • Handle overall stores activities that include Stock In, Dispatch and closing stock of the items
  • Daily materials inspection at store
  • Should be able to maintain all documentation for dispatch, receipts and inventory and making computerized entries for the related items
  • Maintain inwards and outwards on daily basis
  • Prepare Stock report on Fortnightly basis and reconcile the same with accounting system
  • Prepare a proper mechanism for Physical management of all assets in the store
  • Conduct periodic cyclic checks and stock reconciliation
  • Assign, train and coordinate the team
  • Generate stock reports as and when required
  • Coordinate with Sakes and Procurement Plan for future stock and its applicable implications

Requirements:

  • BBS/BBA Graduate or equivalent from any recognized university (Masters Degree preferable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
  • Must have a strong knowledge/understanding of Inventory Management
  • Must have a strong knowledge/understanding of Accounting and Finance
  • Good knowlegde on Microsoft Office Package and other basic Computer Applications
