Job Description

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with all departments for the timely and smooth operation of specified Trainings and Seminars inside and outside organization
  • Processes Insurance Documents and ensure accurate record keeping of all details
  • Keeps track of all the benefits and facilities provided to the employees
  • Assists with processing of new recruitment and release
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
  • Schedules meeting and interviews as and when needed
  • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files
  • Speak to Negotiate Vendors regarding the different events and programs

Requirements:

  • BBS/BBA Graduate or equivalent from any recognized university (Masters Degree preferable)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field
  • Must have a strong knowledge/understanding of Human Resource Management
  • Good knowlegde on Microsoft Office Package and other basic Computer Applications
