Deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 or newer, Microsoft Active Directory 2007 and Microsoft Exchange 2010
Install, configure, manage and administration of windows server with different server roles but not limited to Domain controller (ADDS), DNS server, IIS, Remote desktop services
Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Microsoft Active Directory
Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade other enterprise applications and systems as assigned
Hands on experience on servers like Rack & Blade such as Dell, LBM and HP with knowledge of configuring different kinf of RAID levels, undertanding of alters and hardware faults and its mitigations along with fault notification through SNMP or vendor provided tools for monitoring and resolution
Must have knowledge of SAN/NAS/DAS storage architecture with different storage partners. Understanding of connectivity between server and storage through ISCSI/SAS/FCOE/FC
Deploying, maintaining and administering Hypervisor from a single to n number hosts. Total lifecycle support of VM from its creation to deletion
Deploying virtualization concepts such as HA, live migration, cold migration, FT, resource scheduler, hands on experience of management software such as Vcenter server or Microsoft SCCM and its different modules
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
Added advantage to be right candidate if posses knowledge of LINUX platform
Certifications and training preferred
MCSA/MCSE enterprise administrator (Windows Server 2008)
VCP 5(VMware certified Professional)
Added advantage if possess skills required to configure different security appliances from various vendors such as cisco, fort iGATE, juniper. Basic networking knowledge with L2 and L3 switches
Basic Hardware and networking skills
Must be out spoken and team player, quick learner and can adapt to new technologies
