Establish good interpersonal relationship with all the employees and outside parties.
Supervise support staffs.
Maintain guard and guest house.
Maintain daily log book of vehicle maintenance. fuel consumption, travel plan and over time
Assist in staff recruitment functions
Provide basic orientation to newly hired employees and support team.
Organize and maintain personnel employee records
Conduct performance appraisals of all the employees.
Assist in training and development programs and collect necessary feedbacks.
Provide job descriptions to newly hired employees.
V1fork closely with head office team and perform the task as instructed.
Perform all other work as assigned by the management.
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with 2-3 years of relevant experience in related field. Preferred MBA ( Specialization in Human Resources Management is a must)
