Coordinate stet recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely and organized process
Assist HR manager in Training and Development activities at factory to develop skills and capabilities of staff
Provide support to HR manager in tasks related to Performance Management System at factory
Assist HR manager in strategic workshop to ensure smooth strategic session at the factory
Conduct weekly meetings and circulate minutes at the factory
Manage Employee Record Files
Provide information and assistance to staff and supervisors on human resource and work related issues
Other activities as assigned by top level management
Candidates with Master's Degree in management (MBA/MBS) or Bachelors Degree in Management with relevant experience of minimum 1 year are required.
