Prepare and submit Target Achievement Plan and Weekly & Monthly Sales plan
Organize and monitor sales team and distributors performance
Implement scheme as per the guidelines
Availability of products at the right place
Prepare and submit competitor & industries analysis
Prepare and submit daily sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
Cooperate with dealer in charge, wholesalers and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target
Measure distributors and staff performance according to set parameters
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a related field. Preferred MBA (Specialization in Marketing is a must).
