Job Description:

  • Prepare and submit Target Achievement Plan and Weekly & Monthly Sales plan
  • Organize and monitor sales team and distributors performance
  • Implement scheme as per the guidelines
  • Availability of products at the right place
  • Prepare and submit competitor & industries analysis
  • Prepare and submit daily sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
  • Cooperate with dealer in charge, wholesalers and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target
  • Measure distributors and staff performance according to set parameters

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a related field. Preferred MBA (Specialization in Marketing is a must).
