Job Description

Sales Manager- Biratnagar showroom

  1. Manage the Sales Department to achieve sales target
  2.  Support the marketing program to drive inquiry to GO Ford’s sales team
  3. Lead Customer Satisfaction after sales standards and attain Dealership objectives
  4. Supervise all personnel in the Sales Department
  5. Conduct daily meetings
  6. Conduct trainings 
  7. Develop, implement, and monitor the use of a prospecting program and customer database e.g. to provide a customer record and follow-up system
  8. Review and monitor Team Leaders responsibilities
  9. Resolve customer complaints, and build a loyal customer base
  10. Support Logistics Manager to manage inventory to balance between meeting obligations to Factory, customer delivery time expectations
