Job Description

  • Act as the principal contact between the Sales Department  and potential customers
  • Sell new vehicles using the Process to meet gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Assist customers in determining vehicle needs and completing financing paperwork, where applicable
  • Build customer loyalty and increases customer satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, attitude, and a   business-like appearance during every customer experience
  • Maximize  sales from an appropriate mix of business development activity and existing owner retention
  • Enthusiastically promote and be an advocate of the brand
