- Act as the principal contact between the Sales Department and potential customers
- Sell new vehicles using the Process to meet gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards
- Assist customers in determining vehicle needs and completing financing paperwork, where applicable
- Build customer loyalty and increases customer satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, attitude, and a business-like appearance during every customer experience
- Maximize sales from an appropriate mix of business development activity and existing owner retention
- Enthusiastically promote and be an advocate of the brand
