Job Description
Sales Executive, Sales and Marketing Department
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for corporate, travel agent room sales and banquet sales for the hotel.
Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies and set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
Update action plans and financial objectives.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
Able to provide quick and timely responses to clients and develop professional long term business relationships.
Provide highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
Support hotels service, relationship strategy and drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence to each customer experience.
Attend all department meetings, hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients to enable future bookings.
Prepare sales report in order to review the position of the business flow.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with specialization in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration.
At least 2 years work experience in a related field.
Good communication skills and networking skills.
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Excellent grooming standards.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
Experience in a sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
Knowledge of local market and industry.
Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
