Job Description

Human Resource Manager
 
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes–
Degree in HR Management, degree in law would be an added advantage
The applicant must have minimum 5 years hands on experience in a star hotel of repute
Should have sound knowledge of labor laws and experience in handling industrial disputes
Experience in manpower planning, recruitment and conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process 
Experience in maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance, Handling insurance-related issues
Managing workplace safety issues and training new or existing employees
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Experience in counseling and handling workplace disputes
Experience in conducting liaison work with internal and external parties
