Job Description

  1. Market Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze data to develop targeted strategies for territory growth.
  2. Sales Generation:

    • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Actively engage with prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  3. Territory Management:

    • Effectively manage and grow the assigned territory.
    • Plan and prioritize sales activities to ensure optimal coverage and market penetration.
    • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
  4. Customer Engagement:

    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
  5. Marketing Initiatives:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
    • Participate in promotional events and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
  6. Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
    • Generate regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.

Job Specification

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agri industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
