Working as Reconstruction and Recovery Coordinator in JICA Nepal Office
[Major Duties]
Project Implementation Oversight and Coordination (Time-based contract)
1) To support JICA Nepal Office in overseeing and facilitating the smooth implementation of the related projects.
2) To conduct regular field monitoring visits to the project sites and produce reports on the progress, challenges, outstanding issues and recommendations.
3) To facilitate regular communications among different projects in the field of earthquake reconstruction and recovery for creating synergies and multiplier effects.
4) To conduct other projects-related activities.
[Qualification]
1. Age: 35-55 years old with good health condition
2. Academic background: Minimum Bachelor degree
3. Professional Background: Minimum working experience of 5 years in the fields of international cooperation under/with international development partners
4. Sufficient experiences in coordination and collaboration with Government Agency (Sector knowledge will be a good competence)
5. Be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepalese (Japanese language will be a good competence)
6. Basic-level competency of computer (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, E-mail, etc.)

Payment and other benefits will be decided by JICA Nepal
[Terms of Contract]
The Contract will be up to 31st March 2019 (Start from as soon as possible.)
Contract may be renewed based upon his/her performance on one year contract basis. Based on his/her performance and mutual understanding between JICA Nepal Office, the contract period will be extended maximum 3years including the first contract. [Application]
