Keeping general information about visitors and forwarding to Security Desk
Giving registration forms to applicants, checking and helping them to complete the forms and forwarding them to RMs
Entering the primary information about applicants to DDOS
Informing candidates about various demands and their individual status on demands via DDOS
Follow up to candidates on call for new demands, interview, IP class, documents submission and deployment as per instruction by supervisor.
Updating notice board
Checking the status of phone extension lines of front desk and getting those repaired immediately as and when required
Keeping the front desk and its surrounding neat, tidy and everything there in upright and well-working condition.
Other task as per the required.
Job Specification
+2/Bachelor degree,experiance as a Receptionist.
Must have good communication skills.
Capable of operating MS Office.
Presentable personality.
