Produce financial reports and statements by monitoring and analyzing accounting data.
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
Establish long lasting business relationship with clients.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholder.
Prepare accounting methods, policies and principles.
Work in office package,advance knowledge of Ms. Excel and Tally software.
Work with Manager Director to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
Collect, understand, process, verify and report accounting and finance related-information.
Prepare spreadsheets, databases and other computer application for data analysis.
Prepare accounting policies and procedures for credit and collections, purchasing, payment of bills and other financial obligations.
Oversee the accounts department.
Planning, supervising and coordinating the activities related to employment, labor relations, and compensation and employee relations.
Job Specification
Practical knowledge of Taxation & VAT in Nepal.
Sound knowledge of MS Office, Tally or any other accounting software.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
