Job Description

  1. Telephone handling.
  2. Greeting visitors / applicants and attending their queries.
  3. Educating the benefits and importance of training to visitors / candidates encouraging them to enroll in.
  4. Managing and Maintaining Visitor's Book.
  5. Assisting candidates with Registration Forms.
  6. Coordinate, arrange and follow up with Relation Managers, Operation Managers and Corporate Clients for Training.
  7. Follow up and update applicant (s) on Admission, Scheduled Class Attendance, Training Group Change if any, Certificate Issuance and Collection, Due Payment if / as applicable and Pin Card Issuance

Job Specification

  • Stong communication Skills both in Nepali and English.
  • Must have Computer Skills.(MS Office)
  • Good Customer relation Skills.
  • Should work under pressure.
