Oversee overall management of programs and administration, develop concept notes and project proposals, monitoring and report writing. Must have knowledge and experience of project management and financial compliance Ability to lead staffs and large number of volunteers. Program Manager must also have extensive knowledge and understanding of Human Rights and socio-political context, especially relating to inequality, discrimination and youth movement in Nepal.
Qualification: Minimum 3 years’ experience with Bachelors or Masters with 1 years’ experience in the relevant post at similar level. (Nepali writing skill will be highly preferred.
This position is for 1 year, with the possibility of extension depending on funding availability and performance.
