We’re looking for an intern from January - March to help manage the Himalayan Rush 2016 Triathlon scheduled for 26th March, 2016.
The Himalayan Rush is a triathlon experience that combines the thrill of trail running, cycling and fresh water swimming with a breath-taking view of the Himalayas surrounding Pokhara to give each participant a unique Nepali experience. Now on its 5th edition, Himalayan Rush is an attempt to bring the crown of the best Destination-triathlon in South Asia to Nepal, and an initiative to promote a healthier and more active lifestyle among our local participants. For adventurers and fitness enthusiasts, first-timers and experienced triathletes alike, Himalayan Rush is the experience of a lifetime.
You’ll be exposed to many different aspects of managing & marketing an international event. Chance to work with a professional team and an opportunity to grow as professionals. We’ll cover food, transportation, and a decent pay.
If you’re looking for a long term engagement, we’re happy to explore opportunities.
We are looking for an intern who is good with communication (between participants, sponsors, and different partners), managing logistics, assisting with marketing efforts, and coordinating tasks assigned to various teams within the event. She/he needs to be energetic, smart and spontaneous. Also, it’s mandatory to have a two wheeler’s license and a vehicle.
