Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be handling calls from customers who need assistance in operating the company’s products. You will be trained in the company products and how to handle specific inquiries. The job will entail:

o   Handling customer queries and providing prompt solutions

o   Communicating updates with colleagues and supervisors

o   Providing clear information about the company product to customers over the phone.

o   Maintaining updated customer database records in the organization's software applications.

Job Specification

  • Excellent Communication skills (writing and speaking) in Nepali and English.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good computer knowledge with fluency in Word/Excel.
  • Basic telephone etiquette.
  • Time flexibility .
  • Able to handel pressure.
