Prepare the budget allocation for all business operational activities
Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines
Conduct regular operational maintenance
Set operational goals and guide the team in handling the operational issues and problems
Manage and lead a team of 8 team members
Handle the overall operations and logistics management
Communicate with the team regularly through meetings to discuss the updates and problems
Design and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
