Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
Orientation of employees
Handle employee turnover and all HR related issues
Training and Development
Carrying out routine tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, etc
Handling performance management of the staff
Develop performance plans for the employees
Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks
Suggesting the management of things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
Required :
At least Graduate in Management
At least 2+ years of experience in HR
