Job Description

  • Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
  • Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
  • Orientation of employees
  • Handle employee turnover and all HR related issues
  • Training and Development
  • Carrying out routine tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, etc
  • Handling performance management of the staff
  • Develop performance plans for the employees
  • Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks
  • Suggesting the management of things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
  • Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
  • Develop supervision and progress reporting plans

Required :

  • At least Graduate in Management
  • At least 2+ years of experience in HR
