Assisting in the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
Carrying out routine tasks such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, etc
Assisting in performance management of the staff
Suggesting the management of things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
Bachelors degree completed
3+ years of experience in HR field
