Codewing Solutions, the company behind world-class brands like RaraThemes.com and WPTravelEngine.com, is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team.We are located at Hadigaun (near Baluwatar), Kathmandu. We work 5 days a week and 8 hours a day, and we chill on weekends! Our working hours are from 10 am to 6 pm. However, the hours are flexible and can be adjusted as per your needs. College students and freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
The job requires handling administrative tasks related to the functioning of the office in cooperation with other administrative personnel. The major responsibilities are as follows:
Provide filing, photocopying, binding, documentation and archiving services
Maintaining office equipment as needed
Maintain the books of accounts and other tasks related to accounting
Provide errands, travel and banking services as required
Receive and make telephone calls and write emails
Circulation of information inside the office
Buy items for office kitchen
Other duties as assigned by other senior officers
Requirement
1 year of experience in the related field (preferred)
Must have a 2 wheelers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have knowledge of general accounting, book-keeping and inventory management
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
A warm, pleasant and flexible personality
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Proactive, eager to learn and grow
