HR Intern (Recruitment)

Job Description

Codewing Solutions is looking for a passionate HR(Recruitment) Intern to join the team who will be involved in researching, planning the overall pre-requisite of preparation of a resume, creating the CV pool, and designs of it. 

If you are hired, you will work remotely but are expected to work from our office in Hadigaun (near Baluwatar) when the lockdown is over and it is safe to work from the office.

We have products in many niches. Two of our popular products are Rara Themes and WP Travel Engine, both based on WordPress.

Besides creating world-class products, we also believe in having fun at work. We work 5 days a week and 8 hours a day, and we chill on weekends!

What will you be responsible for?

• Conducting research work on creating a resume/CV pool

• Analyze different resume samples and categorize them according to the designation

• Create a database of job positions and design CV templates accordingly

• Prepare and design a resume on the basis of research

• Providing progress reports to the line manager

Job Specification

How qualified should you be?

• At least a Bachelor’s degree, HR specialization is preferred

• Long term career plan in the recruitment sector

• Proficient in Google Drive, MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus

• People skills, enthusiastic to learn and grow

• Strong ethics and reliability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Assessment of human behavior

• Should be able to work under pressure
