Job Content/ Responsibilities

  • Documentation of employee file and updating database management 
  • Assisting with arranging interviews and sending confirmations to candidates as well as internal meetings
  • Assist in recruitment cycle by taking necessary notes and making analysis, follow up emails on recruitment process.
  • Assist in employee orientation process
  • Perform routine tasks related to Human Resource

 

Job Specification

Job Requirements/ Specification

  • At least Bachelor degree, HR specialization is preferred
  • Freshers are encouraged or some experience is HR is a value addition
  • Fluent in both English and Nepali
  • Should have good knowledge of HR functionalities
  • Sound knowledge of internet & emails, google drive, google Doc &  sheets
  • People skills, enthusiastic to learn and grow
