* Coordinate and arrange logistics staff (e.g. vehicles, labor) according to availabilities and requirements
* Plan and track the shipment of final products and dispatch to the concern department
* Prepare accurate reports for upper management
* Experience as logistics coordinator preferable
* Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
* Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
* Working knowledge of MS Office
