Shadowing SO/SE, ASMs, and SMs to understand the business.
Develop a roadmap to achieve Sales targets.
Sales Planning
Participate in the launch of new product categories and SKUs for the territory.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
Scheme setup and execution.
Visiting potential customers for new business.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information.
Build robust sales reporting practices; conduct analysis of monthly MIS to identify action areas for the future.
Participate in the Sales process to provide inputs for the demand forecast.
Coordination with SCM Team
Understand & Coordinate with Plant Manager on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment between supply and demand plans.
People Management
Develop the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the functions.
Recording sales and order information and sending reports to the relevant stakeholders.
Job Specification
Must be energetic, hardworking, self-motivated.
2 years of relevant experience.
Masters Degree preferred.
Must possess 2 wheeler.
