Consultancy Delivery Lead (Energy) - Nepal

We have an exciting opportunity for a ‘Consultancy Delivery Lead (Energy)’ to join us in our offices in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Reporting to the South Asia Regional Manager, ‘Consultancy Delivery Lead (Energy)’ will support further development and enhancement of the regional footprint of Practical Action in South Asia by taking responsibilities of activities in the assigned sector(s), provide input to strategic direction and contribute to the overall team functioning of PAC South Asia. 

Ideally, you will have experience and skills in the following:

  • University degree in relevant discipline
  • 5 years of work experience preferably in energy, market development  and enterprise development
  • Experience of working in a consulting environment in the  South Asia region
  • Knowledge of and relations with  Donors, Government, Private sector organisations and consultants involved in the energy sector
  • Strong analytical, communication and client relationship management skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Nepali
  • Ability and willingness to travel as and when necessary
  • Ability to innovate, multi-task and manage assignments through consultants
  • Ability to build and nurture strong networks to position a business, preferably with an existing professional network that includes clients, partners and associates
