Practical Action seeks to a Project Officer to work under the ‘Global Flood Resilient Programme’ funded by the Zurich Foundation based in Nepalgunj. The working area is in and around Karnali River Basin. S/he should have minimum Bachelors (Masters preferred) degree in Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change, Natural Resource Management, Social Science, Meteorology, Hydrology or in related subject with at least three years of experience.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Officer will be responsible to implement and monitor project activities, make field assessments, identify gaps, develop knowledge materials, prepare reports and network with stakeholders.
