Job Description
General
Provide the best possible service through the practice of a customer first ethic
Develop teamwork to establish best practice in customer services department
Phone handling including ticketing, booking transferring calls to requested departments
Undertake special project as assigned by supervisor/managers
Ensure adequate cash levels, handle cash in a competent, ethical manner
Ticketing
Sell ticket at the ticketing window through computerized system
Cash handling during the ticket sales period
Maintain ticket stock including complementary tickets
Manage advance tickets sell
Have a record of passes issued
Calculate daily sales and report to supervisor/ duty officer
Maintain cordial & friendly interactions with customers
Respond to the customer regarding movie inquiry
Undertake special projects or works assigned by supervisor
Booking
Respond to customers through telephone regarding bookings in all QFX facilities and provide booking information to the customers
Provide customers with the information on bookings, show-time and other matters
Market available tickets and services to customers
Relay information to the customer about movies, theatres as per request
Cancel or edit the booking as per request
Backup booking information in hard copy when necessary
Transfer different calls to requested departments
Undertake special projects /task assigned by supervisor
Food Counter
Sell products and services in alignment with F&B hygienic standard
Stock control using the in-house system ensuring adequate stock of products
Ensure attractive display, cleanliness, maintenance of equipment and hardware
Take products from store and verify with the stocks
Clean the counter, electronic items to ensure attractive display
Respond to the customers regarding products
Randomly check the expiry date of products
Coordinate daily operational role with the immediate line managers / supervisors
Calculate daily sales & report to supervisor
Maintain cordial & friendly interaction with customers
Undertake special projects or works assigned by supervisor
Job Specification
Minimum 10+2 passed (hospitality sector preferred)
Computer skills: MS-Word, MS-Excel, Email, Internet
Excellent customer service skill, verbal and written in Nepali and English
Should be result oriented, self-motivated, meticulous, diligent and systematic
Should have trouble shooting capacity and take ownership of one's responsibilities
Should be willing to work in any responsibility and facility within the QFX Cinemas
