Job Specification

Chef De Cuisine - Thai

Minimum 6 years' work experience as Thai Sous Chef in a five star hotel with good knowledge of large volume production and preferably international exposure.
Strong hands on experience in Thai regional cuisine
Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will b essential.
Mandatory Professional education qualification in culinary arts.
Advance Computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
Good practical, operational and People Management skills, with a flair for creativity, are a must.

Chef De Cuisine - Indian

Minimum 6 years' work experience as Indian Sous Chef in a five star hotel with good knowledge of large volume production and preferably international exposure.
Strong hands on experience in Indian cuisine.
Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Mandatory Professional education qualification in culinary arts.
Advance Computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
Good practical, operational and People Management skills, with a flair for creativity, are a must.
