Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer operating systems, computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners and applications
  • Maintenance of network infrastructure and architecture and data security
  • Controlling over and maintenance of user accounts
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Coordinating to the staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications and networks
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
  • Testing and evaluating new technology

Job Specification

  • Minimum 1 year experience in system admin/support
  • Should have Technical skills, Organizational skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Patience and a logical mind
  • CCNA completed candidates will be given preferance
  • Capable of working well under pressure
  • Enthusiastic towards continual learning
  • Should be able to work in a team well
