Job Description

  • Visit the outlets regularly on frequent days as per the requirement
  • Check & monitor the outlets & dealers on overall aspects of sales.
  • Monitor the display & demonstration of all the outlets and dealers as required
  • Find out whether sales is increasing or not and bring the necessary change by implementing the different techniques & methods to increase the sales finally
  • Check out and implement the different & best suited method & technique to make the demonstration of outlets attractive
  • Suggest the proper place of brand, flex and others positioning and implement it finally for making the demonstration sensible and attractive
  • Monitor the proper and all record sheet and support document for sales and bring the necessary change as and when required practically
  • Give the feedback on sales report to the concern branch sales personnel of outlets & dealer
  • Take care of all the grievances and issues of outlet in regards to sales and report the same to Manager – Sales & Marketing
  • Provide all the documents, brochure, leaflets and other sales supporting format and sheets as and when required by sales personnel
  • Listen to the sales representative of outlets & dealers & recording the same for conducting promotional activities as required by the concerns
  • Assist in all sort of issues pertaining to sales of related concern of all the outlets & dealers

  • Knowledge of Products, Negotiation & Convincing skills, Bachelors Running, Fresher can apply, Soft-spoken, good command over written & spoken English & Nepali Language
