Job Description

Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of transfers to bank accounts

Job Specification

Should have sound knowledge of reconciliation and Income Tax and all the government related statutory compliance.
Should have complete knowledge about Tax, VAT all other office accounting system.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field.
