Minimum Qualifications Required:
ï‚· Education : University Degree in social science (rural development, journalism, sociology, anthropology)
ï‚· Work Experience: Over 10 years’ experience in WASH in School and guideline development experience would be advantage
ï‚· Special skills : Experience in working with DoE or DP/ INGOs would be better
ï‚· Competencies: * Ability to work as part of a team and produce high quality outputs
* Preference will be given to the female/disable candidates/retire DoE staff who has gained experience on WASH in School including sanitation and hygiene in National and International levels.
WaterAid Nepal on behalf of DoE, invites interested consultants to submit a proposal along with budget to facilitate the development of the guideline. The deadline for the submission of the proposal is 25th June, 2015.
A detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) is attached herewith.
