Warehouse Assistant

1. Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, organizing, stocking and rearranging physical inventory in the warehouse.
2. Inspect items to ensure they are not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly.
3. Pack items and label correctly.
4. Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and work stations neat.
5. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
6. Coordinate with respective personnel from Corporate Office and vendors for repair, maintenance of office facility.
7. Assist in purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, supplies and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
8. Prepare memo, obtain approval for necessary work/purchase.
9. Maintain stationery requirements and usage.
10. Perform general clerical duties including typing and composing memos, letters and general correspondence from written and dictated material.
11. Overseeing smooth running of administrative tasks.
12. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
