Preparing annual business plan and focus activity plan for the year
Break up of annual target into territory wise and staff wise
Review of team members in a daily/weekly and monthly basis
Preparing for review meeting with Company directors and principal company
Appointment of new networks and review of existing networks on a monthly basis in Kathmandu and quarterly basis outside Kathmandu
Be updated about competitions about networks, pricing, margin, scheme, manpower, activities etc.
Plan incentives and any other motivational things for employees and give them on the job ideas by visiting market from time to time
Preparing order plan for parent company, stock management, receivable management
Appointing manpower by aligning with HR, promoting them as per need
Ensure execution of activity by coordinating with sales & marketing team
Reporting to Director Sales & Operations and Executive Director
