Achieve primary and secondary target of their respective area
Identify prospects for dealership in their respective territories and recommend to sales head
Appoint new retailers and private garage mechanic and tie up with them
Manage dealer payment, order and execute activities
Train dealer staffs by visiting market in a daily basis
Prepare sales report of each dealer and track the sales retailer wise
Execute promotional activities as such as dealer meet, mechanic meet etc.
Timely update on the due cases to the recovery department and Sales Head
Job Specification
Must have completed + 2 level
Must have their own bike with a valid license
Must have at least 2 years of experience in retail of autocomponents (lubricants, battery, tyre)
