Job Description

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

 

  • Make telephone calls and follow-up

  • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products and services.

  • Explain the product or service to potential customers.

  • Provide pricing details & Handle customer queries.

  • Record names, addresses and customer details including reaction to the product or service & generate leads to deliver service.  

  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
