Job Description

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Carry out installations
  • Maintain existing customers network
  • Customer support
  • Knowledge of IP network essential
  • Report to supervisor
  • Documentation
  • Handle incoming calls & make outgoing calls to customers
