Monthly Stock Planning & LC Opening
- To estimate the shortfall of products after considering existing stock and process for LC opening within 20th of every English Calendar Month for Parts & Lubricants as and when required.
- To ensure LC Swift has been remitted to JCBI within 2 days of LC Opening.
- To issue Order forecast to JCBI within 10th of every English Month for Parts & Lubricants
Ensure Timely Billing & Dispatches by JCBI
- To follow up & ensure timely billing & dispatch of Lubes & Bitumen by JCBI.
- To follow up & ensure timely vehicles are placed for the smooth transportation of invoiced materials.
- To monitor all the products are dispatched to as per our requirement (Order Vs. Supply).
Ensure timely Custom Clearance
- To ensure set of documents are collected from Bank and submitted to concern Transporter/clearing agent for the uninterrupted custom clearance process.
- To ensure Managers Cheque being made and transferred to Transporter /Clearing Agent account immediately for custom clearance.
- To ensure all the dispatched goods from JCBI are covered with Insurance before custom clearance. Also ensure timely receipt of policy & invoices being received handed over to accounts for accounting.
Receiving of Goods
- Ensure that all Goods are received as per invoice & PP.
- Ensure that if any loss/ damage / shortage are found, immediately inform insurance for further investigation.
- Ensure that all the goods received are purchased as per compliance
Ensure timely Billing & Dispatch.
- Ensure Sales order being received and delivery sheet being filled up properly.
- Ensure Delivery Sheet being compiled and handed over to accounts for timely billing.
- Ensure that no goods are dispatched to Dealers/ Customers without billing
Daily Stock Status Update & Follow up to JCBI, TCI, Clearing Agent
- To keep tracking of LC Opening Vs. Purchase Order sent to JCBI.
- To keep daily tracking of LC Opening Vs. JCBI Dispatch & daily follow up.
- To Keep daily tracking of JCBI Billing Vs. Loading on daily basis and follow up with JCBI.
- To keep daily tracking of Document Negotiation, Insurance, & NRB Cheque Vs. Loading Plan Details and take daily action if not done.
- To keep daily tracking of P.P. Vs. Expenses Details from Clearing agent and daily follow up to Transporter /Clearing agent.
- To update Stock Report on daily basis and update accordingly.
Ensure timely submission of ARE1 & Proof of Export to JCB India.
Reporting and Auditing
Ensure motivation, skills and discipline of subordinates
- To identify improvement areas & required training need of the subordinates and accordingly ensure the capability development programs.
- To ensure subordinates to be in discipline. In case of any observed discrepancies in discipline, coordinate with HRD for disciplinary action.
- To provide inputs for incentives for subordinates.
- Timely communicate the incentive structure to the subordinates

Job Specification
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
