Help in closing deal by follow up critical customer
Monthly, quarterly and yearly targets to be planned on the basis of sales trend and inquiry generation
Make own visit plan on the basis of inquiry generation, pending inquiry, difficult prospects and new site where mass construction is going
Give inputs to the database by calling minimum 20 prospects a day and inquiry to forward to the consult area or segment
Update database from DSR and Data received from the sales Consultant
Monitor whether prospect communication visit is done or not
Provide database if need. Review of tender updates and guide in case of necessary
Review all enquiry generated
Review movement of enquiry according to our SOP/Criteria
Help to conversion of enquiry if not happening
Follow up nonmoving enquiry by phone call as well as visit
Collect all document from customer for financing if they need help in financing
Update logistic regarding booked customer bank and status
Follow up customer for delivery
Timely preparation of sales order
Preparation of weekly delivery plan
