Monthly fund projection review and consolidation on timely manner
To ensure daily review of payment and receive voucher and all other statement prior to month close
Prepare monthly TDS and VAT reconciliation statement and forward to corporate for filing written
Assure monthly reconciliations of VAT and TDS
Assure payment of VAT and TDS is updated in system and recorded properly.
Prepare reconciliation statement of principle/vendor/sister concern and solve pending case on time
Ensure quarterly reconciliation with vendor and identify discrepancies and close the issues.
To assure quarterly reconciliation with principle company (direct sales commission, marketing commission, incentives).
To prepare monthly payment list and assure availability of Fund
To project marketing budget expenses on the basis of actual data provided by marketing department.
To project administration expenses on the basis of budget, previous month expenses and advance payment.
To prepare MIS report, submit to HOD and discuss
Review proper book keeping of all the transaction on time.
To finalize complete monthly Trial Balance
To prepare provision statement of particular month's all expenses.
To compile budget verses MIS and provide comment of variances, if any.
Prepare ledger statement of receivable, payable and general ledger for ledger scrutiny.
Participate and discuss during monthly MIS preparation.
Timely Handling Payroll and address payment related issues of employees
Calculation of allowances, incentives and upload in ERP and HR software in time.
Calculation of Full and Final Settlements of left employees as per policy.
Preparation of Leave encashment, KPI Incentives of employee.
Prepare details for timely submission of Balance Sheets of vendors, employees, assets as per check list
To prepare reconciled TDS statement
Ensure the collection and maintaining the outstanding days from debtors
Prepare monthly collection target and Ensure the collection target are achieved as per monthly plan
Ensure motivation, skills and discipline of subordinates
To identify improvement areas & required training need of the subordinates and accordingly ensure the capability development programs.
