Job Description

  • Vital check
  • Accordingly monitoring and record observations on patients' conditions
  • Urine labeling
  • Manage stocks of supplies
  • Medication Before meal
  • Help in personal care of patient (mouth wash, body wipe, brushing teeth, changing clothes)
  • In case of an emergency give hand to housekeeper to change diaper
  • Dressing and assist with feeding
  • Medication after lunch, Nebulizer oxygen etc ( if needed)
  • To help patient for movement
  • Positioning every two hour
  • If any abnormality in vital sign then concern to management
  • Reevaluate patient care plan as conditions change
  • Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate records on medication administration
  • Assist with the investigation of complaints by patients or family members
  • Report any issues that arose during the shift
