Job Description

  • Handover and takeover of each and every thing such as patient, medicines used for patient’s emergency medicines and equipments.
  • Deliver personal care, including dressing, undressing, assisting in and out of bed, toileting, bathing, commode emptying etc.
  • Application of creams and skin care.
  • Delivery the palliative care.
  • Spot record and refer changes in patient’s health and well being.
  • Conduct risk assessments and prioritize the need of patients.
  • Refer all clinical decisions to health works and chairman and administration.
  • Inform to visitors about patients conditions and reasons for referring.
  • Assist residents during meal times.
  • Domestic duties such as bed making, laundry organizing.
  • General care and maintainance of equipment and wheel chairs reporting issues through correct channels.
  • Escorts patient for appointment activities.
  • Ensure well stocked stores, ordering and receiving as appropriate passing medicine orders.
