Nabil Bank invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens to oversee the Bank's security arrangements as a Security Consultant on contractual terms:
Job Responsibilities:
Review security policy of the Bank and recommend changes/modifications, if any.
Ensure proper security arrangements of all branches and Head office of the Bank.
Train and develop security personnel and Bank's officials on various security related issues.
Reviewing and monitoring of Bank's surveillance system.
Liaison with local administration, police and other agencies regarding Bank's security matters and handling of disputes/cases of frauds.
Assisting in investigation of disputed transactions related to the Bank as and when required.
Provide expert views regarding procurement of security equipment and their maintenance.
Providing education/training/orientation/demonstration to branch staff about basic operations of security gadgets (CCTV, Security Alarm System, Metal detector & Fire extinguishers, etc.)
Pre-requisites
Retired officer of Nepal Police or Armed Police force or Nepal Army or Indian Army or British Army of a minimum rank of Superintendent or Lt. Colonel
Age not exceeding 60 years
Other criteria
Computer literate
Proven track record
Proficient in Nepali and English language
Well versed in handling security gadgets like CCTV, Alarm System etc.
